The SBS range of machinery has been developed, adapted and refined over thirty years of providing solutions for clients. They are all designed in-houseand many are made in close conjunction with customer requirements. Not only are these products sold as stand alone machines, but they are also used extensively in SBS installed complete integrated production lines.
ProductsHasta la llegada de la planta SBS, un ingeniero y tres operarios se ocupaban de una producción en cantidades muy exiguas. Actualmente un solo operario alimenta y controla la planta, produciendo 250 Kg/h de pan rallado de excelente calidad. El mantenimiento es sencillo Es una instalación de primer nivel y su mantenimiento es sencillo, lo que reduce costes.

Until the arrival of the SBS plant an engineer and three workers were engaged in the production of very small quantities. Currently a single operator feeds and controls the plant, producing 250 kg/h of breadcrumbs of excellent quality. It is a first class machinery and its maintenance very simple, reducing costs.

Our first SBS breadcrumb plant has a capacity of 2000Kg /h and have been working for 25 years, 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, with a very tight consumption. SBS has been and will remain a great asset in HASENOSA growth.
